Shop with confidence knowing if you change your mind or aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, we accept returns provided you meet the below conditions:

Goods are in saleable condition;
Goods have not been worn or used;
Goods have the original tags still attached;
Goods are received back within 30 days of date of purchase; and
Are accompanied be a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase.

Outlet final sales, jewellery, headwear accessories, sunglasses, keyrings and tote bags are non-returnable (except where faulty).

Please note, return shipping charges are not refundable.

Process Your Return In Store

Providing your order meets the above conditions, you can return or exchange your order at any Review Boutique or Outlet by providing a copy of your receipt within the 30 days returns period. You cannot return online orders to Myer Concessions.

*For orders placed with Afterpay, we are unable to process an exchange. A refund will be issued in this instance.

Process Your Return By Post

Providing your order meets the above conditions, you can return your order for a refund by signing into your account online and lodging a return or by downloading the returns form and enclosing it in your parcel. Follow the steps provided & once completed, post your return by one of the suggested traceable methods along with a copy of your invoice. Returns will be processed within 7 daysupon arrival at the returns facility. Please allow 2-4 weeksfor your parcel to arrive at our return's facility.

*Please note: exchanges are not available by this process.


Returns Made Easy with Review

An easier and more convenient way to return your purchase.
You can now return through your local ParcelPoint store in over 1,400 locations.


You must lodge your return through our online site


At the final stage of your lodgement click the Parcel Point tile to book your return.


Please securely pack your items with a copy of your invoice. If returning via ParcelPoint, attach the label to your return.


Once lodgement is complete, send your items back to us using Parcelpoint or an alternative postal method.

Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed.

What if the item I received is faulty?

If you have received a faulty garment/item from an online order, please contact our Customer Service Department on 1800 095 551 or

Review will reimburse any reasonable shipping charges for return of goods that are deemed faulty.Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If you purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. Further information is available here .

What if I purchased In Store?

If you have purchased an item in-store and would like to make a return, you can visit your local Review Boutique to do so. Click here to view our Store Locator. You will require proof of purchase in order to make the return.
*Please note that purchases made in store cannot be returned or exchanged online.

Providing the above return conditions are met, Review will accept non-sale merchandise for a refund or exchange. Sale merchandise is eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Any items marked FINAL SALE on the receipt or swing tag, cannot be returned for an exchange or refund, unless knowingly sold with faults.
Known faulty items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
Items purchased at a Myer Concession must be returned to a Myer location.

Third Party Marketplace Returns:

Please see below specific details regarding our returns/exchanges of sale items purchased from Myer.
ONLINE- No exchanges or refunds allowed for sale items purchased via the Myer website.
INSTORE- No refunds allowed for sale items purchased in store, however customers can return for an exchange within the 30 day returns period.
