For orders under the value of $150, a $9.95 standard delivery fee will apply (within Australia), Receive your order in 10-14* business days.


Express Delivery

Need your order fast? Select Express Delivery at checkout and receive your parcel within 5-7** business days (within Australia). A $14.95 flat rate applies.



Click & Collect

Order online & collect from your nearest Review Boutique at a time that suits you. You will receive an email from the store when your order is ready for collection. Please bring this email with you along with personal identification. Contact the store if you are unable to collect within 7 days.


Find In Store

Would you like to try the item on first? Use the Find In Store feature on the product page to find a local boutique that has it in stock. 


International Delivery

Yes, we send internationally! Please allow 6-12 business days for your order to arrive. A $9.95 Flat Rate applies for New Zealand & $25.00 for the rest of the world. Additional charges may apply***.



Metro Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery is now available at selected stores, allowing you to receive your order faster than ever before (YAY)!

Need a dress for tomorrow’s party? No problem!

Just place your order prior to 1pm (AEDT) on a weekday to qualify for same day delivery. Select the Same Day Delivery option at checkout and a small $25 delivery & handling fee will be added to your order total.

Your same day delivery order will be sent from your closest Review boutique within a 15km radius depending on style availability. Some location exclusions may apply. 


Terms of Delivery Times

* Please note that the indicated delivery times are estimates only, based on the stock being dispatched from our warehouse. If your order is coming from a store delivery times may vary, depending on both the store location and the intended destination.
Delivery time frames are based on industry averages as provided by our carrier company Australia Post, please note that these are indicative only and subject to change. Review is not liable for any delays or missed deliveries advised by Australia Post.

Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delays across the postal service. Please allow at least 10-14 business days for Standard Shipping and between 5-7 business days for Express Post. Express Delivery will continue to be the fastest delivery method however next day delivery cannot be guaranteed. We thank you for your patience during this time.

** Please note regional areas will take longer to receive their express order. This service is not recommended for remote locations. 

*** For any parcel shipped outside of Australia, you as the recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs, handling fees and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necassary to release your order from customs upon arrival. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing a link to the Australia Post website, where the order can be tracked. Please note this may take 24 hours to update on the Australia Post website. 

Lost Or Damaged Goods

Review Online is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels and compensation will not be provided. This includes if the customer has incorrectly entered the address on their order. 

Signature On Delivery

In light of the current COVID-19 circumstances and to ensure the safety of our customers, signatures will no longer be required for delivery or Post Office collection. Someone will need to be present at the residence for this to occur otherwise standard delivery procedures will apply.

What stores can I collect from?

Click and Collect is available at all Review boutique, no outlets or Myer concessions. Please refer here for store locations. 

What is my nearest store doesn't have the stock of the item I'm after?

Unfortunately, if your nearest store doesn't have stock it cannot be collected from that store. Click & Collect will only be available if the item is readily available. That way we can have it ready for you ASAP! 

How long do I have to collect my order?

We give customers 7 days from when their order is packed to collect it. However if you're needing extra time we can definitely accommodate. Just give the store you're collecting it from a call and let them know when you'll be able to come in, within a reasonable time of course!

Can someone collect my order for me?

Of course! You'll just need to contact either the store you're collecting from or email our customer service team at and let them know your order details and the name of the person collecting on your behalf. 

Can I return my Click & Collect order after collection?

We want you to love your order but understand it may not be your perfect fit! You're welcome to return your Click and Collect order within 30 days of purchase. Read our full returns policy here
